I have been getting calls for Miele - and would love to help you out.
However, now that I am not a Miele servicer, I do not have access to parts.
I would pay the same as you - therefore I am going to send you direct.
I called Miele and there was a 20 minute wait on the phone to get through so I suggest you email their customer care line if you need parts or service assistance.
